To apply for the Kona Honu Soccer Invitational, please fill out all the information below and click "Submit application". The Tournament Committee must receive your tournament fee, referee deposit and forms before your application will be considered accepted and complete. Please mail a copy of your online receipt with your check payable to AYSO - Kona Honu Soccer Invitational in the amount of $200.00 for U10-U12 or $300.00 for U14-U16 for the tournament fee plus $150.00 for the referee deposit to:
